We provide support for people with a long-term health condition which is affecting their work options, and help them to achieve their vocational goal.

Our occupational therapists (OTs) offer assessment, advice and treatment to help people across Dorset with:

– remaining in a current job or exploring alternative work options
– returning to paid work, voluntary work or education
– taking up training opportunities for employment.

We take a person-centred approach, offering workplace visits, one-to-one sessions, group work and workshops according to individual needs. If you would like to access this service, please speak to a healthcare professional. We also accept referrals from employment services.
