Autism Unlimited exists to support and empower autistic children, adults and their families. We partner with them to find solutions and provide educational and life skills training.
From bespoke education for children, to independent living skills and career guidance for adults, we ensure that everyone who comes to us for support finds a route to their goals and to a rich and fulfilled life.
We’re here to help the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families. Be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, we are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes.

Peer support for adults with Autism including Asperger’s, and their families, friends, carers and supporters in Dorset. We usually meet at Bournemouth University once a month and in other places. During Covid we have been online – most Tuesdays on a typed chat accessible on our website 7.30-8.30, occasionally on zoom instead. We hope to return to in person meetings at BU early 2022 at which time we will try to keep an online meeting going once a month.
Getting to know others with Autism/Aspergers can make a great difference in coping.
Please note we do not provide support workers and if you need someone to be with you at the meeting you should bring someone.
We also do the occasional introduction to Autism/Aspergers talk, currently online.
